1) The air pump leaks oil.
The oil leakage of the air pump not only pollutes the environment, but also affects the normal operation of the air pump. The main reason for the failure is the wear of the pump shaft of the vacuum pump and the sealing ring of the oil sealing device. During maintenance, the spring ring should be reduced, or a new oil seal should be replaced. In addition, the damage of the sealing gasket at the connection of the air pump oil tank will also cause oil leakage, and the sealing gasket can be replaced during maintenance.
2) The vacuum degree of the suction and blowing of the air pump is reduced.
The main reasons are: 1. insufficient oil in the vacuum pump; 2. there are many impurities in the vacuum oil in the air pump, and the air pump is blocked; 3. the wear of the sealing parts of the air pump leads to oil leakage and air leakage; 4. the air filter in the air pump is blocked by dust; The exhaust valve sheet is seriously worn; ⑥The air pump regulating valve is not properly adjusted.
Remedy: ①Add new vacuum oil to the center line of the cursor; ②Replace new vacuum oil; ③Replace with new seals; ④Use gasoline to clean the filter and air filter; ⑤Replace new suction and exhaust valves ⑥ Correctly adjust the regulating valve of the air pump, and adjust the pressure clockwise to increase the pressure, and vice versa.
Daily maintenance of car air pump
1) Regularly replace the vacuum oil.
After the offset printing press has been working for a period of time, there will be a small amount of metal iron filings, paper dust, and fiber debris in the oil of the air pump, which will wear the cylinder under the working state of the air pump. Therefore, the air pump vacuum oil should be replaced in time. In addition, special vacuum oil should be used instead of ordinary oil.
2) Ensure that the cooling pipe of the air pump is clean.
Generally, the air pump of an offset printing machine has more than a dozen cast aluminum cooling pipes, which are often called cooling pipes. Their job is to cool the hot air inside the pump. Years of work and operation will cause a thick layer of grease and dust on the cooling pipe, which should be cleaned in time, otherwise it will affect the cooling effect and cause the bearings and sliding blades to burn out.
3) Ensure that the heat dissipation effect of the air pump is good.
The heat dissipation of the air pump is realized by the convection of cold and hot air. Therefore, the air pump should be placed in a place with large space, easy ventilation and heat dissipation. When the air pump operates at high temperature for a long time, the temperature of the pump body will be very high, and the air pump is easy to burn out. At this time, it is ideal to use a fan to help the air pump to dissipate heat.
4) Clean the filter timely and regularly.
The function of the filter is to filter the air. Avoid sucking the paper dust into the air pump when the suction filter is inhaling; avoid blowing the oil mist onto the surface of the paper when blowing the air filter; in addition, there are four oil filters at the base of the air pump. Prevent oil mist from being blown out. Therefore, it is necessary to regularly check whether the filter is blown or damaged, and clean or replace it in time.
5) After repairing the air pump, make sure that all the sealing rings are in good condition.
