Working in strict accordance with the calibrated voltage, frequency and rated load on the automobile air compressor, the function will be more stable.
Cultivate the habit of cutting off the power supply in time when not using it after work.
It must be within the pressure range set at the factory (generally, the factory pressure is set to 0.8 MPa, and the safety relief pressure is 0.85 MPa), otherwise there will be a risk of explosion of the air tank.
Note that the power supply voltage is consistent with the nameplate of the air compressor. When the power supply voltage is higher than the applicable voltage of the air compressor, it may cause personal accidents and damage the air compressor. When the power supply voltage is lower than the applicable voltage of the air compressor, it will cause poor starting and damage the motor.
Clean the filter in time according to the service conditions, regularly check the accessories and cables, and replace them immediately if damaged. The machine shall be kept clean and dry without oil stain, so as to give full play to its performance.
Drain the sewage in the air storage tank in time. It is suggested that it should be drained once a week.
Correct operating environment: the normal operating environment of the air compressor is 5 ℃ --40 ℃. The air compressor shall not be placed in an open place. It shall not work in a wet and dark place. It shall strictly work in a place where flammable and explosive liquid gas, dust and volatile gas are stored.
Please check and replace the air inlet filter regularly and properly. Generally, the air inlet filter should be checked once after 300 hours. The user can decide the inspection frequency according to the use situation.
