  The car air pump mainly provides the air source for the brakes, and drives the air whistle, which can supply air for the tires. If it is a special vehicle such as a bulk cement truck, it can also provide the power for reeling materials, and provide the air source for the pneumatic components (such as the pneumatic platform).

  At present, the air pump is divided into two types of horizontal bars and parallel bars. For small cars, you can choose the horizontal bar, which is cheaper and saves electricity, but for large SUVs, the car air pump with the horizontal bar cannot withstand it. It is more suitable to choose a parallel bar air pump.

  (1) Regularly replace the vacuum oil.

  Since the car air compressor has been working for a period of time, there will be a small amount of metal iron filings, paper dust and fiber debris in the oil of the air pump, which will wear the cylinder under the working state of the air pump. Therefore, the vacuum oil of the air pump should be replaced in time. .

  (2) Ensure that the cooling pipe of the air pump is clean.

  Generally, the air pump of an offset printing machine has more than a dozen cast aluminum cooling pipes, which are often called cooling pipes. Their job is to cool the hot air inside the pump. Years of work and operation will cause a thick layer of grease and dust on the cooling pipe, which should be cleaned in time, otherwise it will affect the cooling effect, resulting in burnt bearings and sliding blades.

  (3) Ensure that the heat dissipation of the air pump is good.

  The heat dissipation of the air pump is realized by the convection of cold and hot air. Therefore, the air pump should be placed in a place with large space, easy ventilation and heat dissipation.

  (4) Clean the filter timely and regularly.

  The function of the filter is to filter the air. Avoid sucking the paper dust into the air pump when the suction filter is inhaling; avoid blowing the oil mist onto the surface of the paper when blowing the air filter; in addition, there are four oil filters at the base of the air pump. Prevent oil mist from being blown out.

  (5) After repairing the air pump, make sure that all the sealing rings are in good condition.
